This is a home based practise with 6 steps down to the lower level.

Parking is located on the STREET in front of the house (Taylor Trail) & at the side of the house (Idlewild). Enter through the front door and head downstairs to the waiting area.

About Me:

Welcome! I’m a registered massage therapist with over a decade of experience, focused on injury rehabilitation and whole-body wellness.

My approach focuses on helping you feel better through targeted treatments, including additional training in cupping therapy, TMJ / intra-oral treatments for jaw pain sufferers and craniosacral therapy.

I’m passionate about supporting your recovery and maintaining it with personalized remedial exercises and home care plans to keep you feeling your best between appointments. I look forward to working with you on your wellness journey!

Pre-natal and Post-operative patients: bolsters and pillowing options are available to lay on your side OR facedown. Pre-natal positioning varries and may change throughout pregnancy.

Clinic Policies:

- Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice is required to avoid paying for your missed appointment. These fees are paid out of pocket and not submitted to extended health benefits. All future appointments will be cancelled with owing balances present.

- A valid Credit Card on file is required to book appointments. This card is only charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or in the event of a no-show. This card is stored securely on your file and not used otherwise. 

- If you are ILL, YOU MUST CANCEL, no exceptions (*or while there is a contagious illness in your HOUSEHOLD including: *Covid, Flu, Cold, GI bugs, Strep throat, Hand/Foot/Mouth, Pink Eye, Head lice, spreading/concerning rash, new cough, fever, etc).
